Solo and small firm lawyers who serve middle class and moderate income clients, who want to expand their client and referral base should attend this program. This program will provide an introduction on how to get and keep clients. The program will discuss the importance of client relations from the beginning to post-representation, staff intake processes and how to improve the client experience. 

Topics to be covered:

  • Client intake processes
  • Staff intake training
  • Attorney-client communications from beginning to post representation
  • Dealing with difficult clients
  • Building a referral base

Free to all SDCBA members. By registering, you are agreeing not to record, photograph or otherwise capture any video or audio of this seminar. The SDCBA has the right to refuse registrations. Walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows. Registration will be held until 15 minutes after the published seminar start time.
