Join Team SDPA and our knowledgeable speakers at DTI for an introduction to the eDiscovery platform that law firms, corporations, and consultants are widely using…Relativity.  Relativity is a product of kCura, a leader in the eDiscovery space.  Please join our panel of 3 speakers in reviewing the basics of the platform and learning about what it can do for your litigation team.

He spent the previous 5 years working at Qualcomm’s corporate headquarters in San Diego as a Discovery Project Manager, with responsibilities spanning the breadth of the EDRM spectrum: assisting on data collection done by the in-house forensics team; processing and imaging data; managing review; and formatting final productions. He now heads up the Client Services team that manages DTI’s eDiscovery operations out of their Los Angeles datacenter, with a nationwide client base and support for other DTI offices ranging from San Diego and San Francisco to Phoenix, Denver, and New York. He is a Relativity Certified Administrator and also serves as a subject matter expert for the Clearwell hosting platform. Farhad earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from UC Berkeley and his Master of Arts degree, also in History, from UC San Diego.

Greg Mahoney joined DTI in 2014 and currently serves as an eDiscovery consultant for the Southwest Region. Prior to DTI, Greg held positions with both the Massachusetts State Government and AM Law 100 Firms. As a litigation technology analyst at Mintz Levin, Greg supervised internal processes and served as the liaison between case teams and service providers on large scale ediscovery efforts. After Mintz Levin, Greg joined Gibson Dunn and Crutcher where he advised the firm’s clients on best practices throughout the EDRM including but not limited to, forensic collections, data processing, hosting, and document review. After utilizing Relativity for years, Greg achieved the RCA credential and performed the first internal predictive coding matter using Equivio. Overall, his experience within the government and law firm setting allows Greg to view eDiscovery issues and challenges through his client’s perspective and tailor workflows for their particular needs. He is a University of Dallas graduate and received his BA in Political Science, magna cum laude.
