Marianne Greene, Esq. has 23 years of environmental and land use law experience advising governments and private sector clients developing residential, commercial and industrial projects. She is an expert in CEQA, Land Use, Zoning, Planning, Storm water, Renewable Energy, Air Quality Rules, Water Quality and Supply Regulation, Wetlands Permitting, Habitat Mitigation, Endangered Species, Historical Resources, Dredging, Greenhouse Gases, Airports, Parks, Gravel and Surface Mining, Roads and Transportation, Joint Powers Authority, Eminent Domain, Public Works Contracts and Leases, and Municipal Law. She has sat as advisory counsel to a Planning Commission, Airport Land Use Commission, Historical Resources Board, and Project Hearing Officer, and has advised a Code Enforcement Officer, Building Official, and numerous Community Planning Groups. She graduated from USD School of Law in 1989, and from Rutgers University, School of Biological and Natural Sciences in 1990. She is an adjunct professor of Environmental Law at UCSD Paralegal Extension.
