The San Diego County Bar Association invites you to their upcoming MCLE on Anatomy for Lawyers…

Featuring: Thomas M. Diachenko, Esq. Presented by the San Diego County Bar Association’s Law and Medicine Law Section Whether you handle injury cases for plaintiffs or the defense, medical malpractice, healthcare provider representation, or any issues related to the human body, you need to know what you’re talking about!  As lawyers, most of us did not receive a medical education… but for many of us, our clients, party adversaries, or experts did.  This course goes beyond the basics of human anatomy to explain the critical features of the brain, spine, systems and bones that you need to know to understand, evaluate, and communicate health care issues in litigation and transactions.  Thomas Diachenko, BSN, RN, JD shares his insights from a multi-faceted career as an ICU nurse, healthcare provider representative, and plaintiff’s medical malpractice attorney in this enlightening course. Click here to register for the remote internet Webcast. This is a luncheon program. Registration will close at noon on June 21st. By registering, you are agreeing not to record, photograph or otherwise capture any video or audio of this seminar.  The SDCBA has the right to refuse registrations. Late registrants and walk-ins will incur a $5.00 late fee.  Registration fees apply to the actual program being purchased and are not transferable to another seminar attendee or online program.  Walk-ins will be accommodated as space allows and are not guaranteed meal service.  Registration will be held until 15 minutes after the published seminar start time. The SDCBA certifies that this activity has been approved for MCLE by the State Bar of California. – See more at:
