Cheryl Garvin
Cheryl Garvin is a certified paralegal working in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries for over thirteen years. Originally specializing in contracts and HIPAA, Cheryl has broadened her experiences and is now a manager in Corporate Compliance specializing in Fraud and Abuse (Anti-kickback) and aggregate spend. Cheryl obtained her paralegal certificate in 1998, earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies with a minor in Business Administration and is currently in the process of obtaining her Master’s from SDSU in Regulatory Affairs. In 2012 Cheryl looks forward to assisting the SDPA membership to continue its position as a highlight of the San Diego paraprofessional community.
